Sundried Tomato Bloomer

A white dough blended with sun kissed tomatoes, sweet garlic and our own special blend of herbs. This bread is a star in its own right and can be enjoyed all by itself, it’s also a great accompaniment for pasta and salad dishes. For something extra special; slice this bread, drizzle with olive oil and lightly toast. Top with fresh tomatoes, rocket and a sprinkle of parmesan to finish!

Serving suggestion – Try making pepperoni cheese pizza slices with this loaf. Simply cut this loaf and top with slices of pepperoni and grated mozzarella and toast in the oven!
